speed of change

WOW! What a day. Of course I'm speaking about a day of frank on February 28th. Amazing speakers, fabulous stories, great participation and awesome examples -- coming together to create a new social media network. Cool!

Since then life's been a blur. I've been in Boston visiting family and working remotely. In the spirit of frankness, I've been checking in with my folks: Mom is in hospice care, and things are not great. I was overwhelmed with gratitude to Medtronic for their amazing technology that keeps her as comfortable as possible. I've rarely been so emotional about a product as I was right then, sitting in the hospital watching my mom. Thanks Medtronic.

More later. This isn't exactly the post I planned, but it's real, it's frank, and there it is.
