It's been forevah (stated in Boston accent to honor World Series winner Red Sox) since I posted. Nice problem to have...much brewing at the frankosphere lately. Clients, internal projects, family, travel...life's rich and wonderful and....busy!

Some thoughts that have been occurring lately are: the comfort of the familiar that we find in franchises like Starbucks vs. the Mom-n-Pop authenticity and originality of smaller home-grown places. The ubiquitous complaint of lack of transparency at work. The amazing stuff going on with our friends UTA (OK, we frankers call them UTA) and their work with individuals and organizations.

Anyhoo...lots going on, but not much blogging. More soon! Promise!
